日本鋁合金鍛造產業之現況與２１世紀之展望
Recent Trends of Aluminum Forging Technology and Prospect for 21 Century in Japan
摘要
日本鋁合金鍛件的年度生產量，在94～96年約於55,000噸左右，97年大約是6萬噸，雖然鋁合金鍛件的需求量沒有明顯的變化，但其需求產業卻在演變中，也就是鋁合金鍛件之下游產業結構之變化正在行中。因此，能順利因應這種變化之企業，才可能對鋁合金鍛件產業景氣與否掌握得宜，業績也才可能穩定提昇。本文以「鋁合金鍛造品的現狀及21世紀的展望」為題，探討目前日本鋁合金鍛造產業的變化，以及技術動向的掌握，希望能了解其未來的發展狀況。

The annual production of aluminum forging parts in Japan is about 55,000 tons from 1994 to 1997 and about 60,000 ton in 1997. It is seemed that the production of aluminum has no obviously change. However, the structure of aluminum forging parts market is going into a revolution quietly. This paper is focused on the recent trends of aluminum forging technology in Japan so as to understand the prospect of aluminum forging parts market in the coming century.
