靜液壓擠製製程是利用高壓流体之強制潤滑及其高壓作用增大金屬材料延性以成形之塑性加工法,依擠製胚料(Billet)之溫度可大致分為冷間靜液壓擠製法與熱間靜液壓擠製法二大類。本文將說明靜液壓擠製方法及其特徵,並就壓力媒介及潤滑劑、擠製溫度、擠製壓力、擠製速度及模具形狀等擠製條件與擠製設備等加以敘述,最後簡扼介紹異形材及複合材等之主要用途。
The hydrostatic extrusion method is one of the metal forming process using high pressure media and force lubrication to gain the ductility of metal. According to the temperature of extruded billet, it can be divided into two categories: (1) hydrostatic hot extrusion method, (2) hydrostatic cold extrusion method. This article will illustrate the feature of hydrostatic extrusion method and it’s main applications. Besides, a brief discussion on the extrusion condition, for example, pressure media, lubrication, extrusion speed, extrusion pressure, die shape will also be made.
