鈦合金人工關節鍛造技術

The Forging Technology of Artifical Femoral Hip Stem

摘要


人工股骨柄是人工關節組件之重要分件,又是影響手術後人工關節使用壽命的重要因素。由於人工關節股骨柄截面形狀及細長比差異很大,為考量鈦合金鍛造特性及省料化,預成形之設計相當重要;本文針對以傳統鍛造方法生產鈦合金人工髖關節股骨柄之鍛造技術進行探討,內容包括:製程參數設計、模具設計。並且在設計過程中,結合應用CAD/CAM及DEFORM.

This paper presents the development of artificial femoral hip stem forging technology. Femoral hip stem is the key component in the implant of femoral stem joint and after service in its life cycle. Since the slenderness ratio of femoral hip stem is very large, perform design is very important in material savings and cost reduction in the part family of hip stem. The developed forging processes and tool’s design were dedicated for the hip stem and discussed in the paper. The DEFORM has been applied in the forging process simulation and CAD/CAM has also been integrated in the forging die design.
