摘要


本文主要針對應用於圓筒凸輪箱於生產線上進行量產時所發生之失效模式進行分析,以期作為下一代系統設計時之參考依據,甚而為未來系統作準備。原設計以250SPM,每日24小時連續運轉2個月後發生滾輪磨耗,雖然凸輪轉動次數達百萬次以上,但仍然發生破損失效,吾人必須針對這類高週次疲勞壽命(High Cycle Fatigue)進行深入分析,以提升生產性。由於配合時序傳送運動所需之凸輪軌跡甚為嚴苛,致凸輪溝軌跡設計無法完全採用B-Spline曲線來圓滑化,對滾輪而言,碰撞衝擊是無法避免,所以衝擊力將伴演重要角色,如何正確計算出滾輪衝擊力與所承受之動態應力,以選擇正確滾輪尺寸為本文主要目的。

Failure mode analysis of stud rollers for barrel cam is the dedication in this paper. These numerical results will be referred as the design guide for next generation system with more high speed operation. The original system operated 24 hours per day with 250 spm, we had first failure of rollers after 2 months operation. It was a classical high cycle fatigue problem for these rollers. The timing control of transfer is very critical and it is impossible to use the B-Spline for curve fitting of all grooves. That is why we have to reduce the impact force and dynamic stress for ... those grooves of barrel earn. The computational results will help us to choose the rol1ers to endure the impact force.
