醫療導引線用螺旋線之精細捲繞製程研究

A Study on Fine Wire Coiling Process for Medical Guidewires

摘要


醫療導引線(medical guidewire)為一種低侵入式的醫療產品,廣泛用於各種微創手術,可單獨使用,亦可搭配矽膠導套等其它醫材使用。醫療導引線其主要構成組件為內部心線及外部螺旋線,產品雖小,但所需關鍵技術包括:精細線伸線技術,精細線捲繞技術,心線尖端微加工技術,精微圓化接合技術以及表面處理等數項技術,因此產品開發之技術門檻高,且其少量多樣化之產品特性,為台灣傳統產業轉型發展高值化產業之契機。本文主要研究醫療導引線用螺旋線之精細捲繞製程,藉由分析醫療導引線之功能性需求,進而了解醫療導引線用螺旋線所應具備之機械特性,並規劃以所取得之國內外不銹鋼線材,結合國產螺旋成形設備進行捲繞試作,以比較其差異,同時亦針對精細線捲繞製程進行參數研究,以建立相關之製程參數條件,不僅於未來提供醫療導引線設計之參考,亦可作為國產化醫療導引線之先期研究。

The guidewire is a minimally-invasive medical product, extensively used in various minimally invasive surgeries. The guidewire can be used alone, or with a silicone guide pipe and the other medical products. The main components of the guidewire are the core wire and the coil. The key manufacturing process of the guidewire include the fine wire drawing, the fine wire coiling, the core wire grinding, the welding, and the surface treatment. The properties of medical guidewire products are small-volume production of a wide range of different items. This paper researches the coiling process of medical coil, and analyzes the functional requirement to understand what the mechanical properties the coil should have. We use the stainless steel wire to coil samples with the domestic equipment, and compare domestic samples with foreign samples. We also establish the parameter databases by analyzing the coiling process of the fine wire. The databases will be used for the design rule of guidewires, and lead the preliminary study for domestic medical guidewires.
