重荷型伸縮滑軌型材擠型製程開發

A Study with Heavy Duty Telescopic Slide profiles on Extrusion Process

摘要


伸縮鋼珠滑軌(Telescopic Slide)依乘載荷重可分為輕載型與重荷型,輕載型一般以鋼板透過連續彎折設備成形,為國內出口主力產品;重荷型則因所需結構強度較高,外形上需以厚板多道彎曲後再經退火與冷抽至預設尺寸,不但製程繁瑣也使造成成本不斷提升,使得國內廠家投入意願低落。擠型是對素材加壓,使材料經由模穴成形,獲得棒、管、線及型材等截面製品之加工法;然而國內業者大都著力於低溫輕合金擠壓成形技術,對於高溫碳鋼類擠型製程仍有待建立與開發;有鑒於此,本研究將結合CAE分析開發高溫鋼材擠型技術,並以伸縮滑軌型材為載具進行製程探討。

There are two types which light duty and heavy duty of telescopic slide, the light duty telescopic slide is one of export products which made by shape roll forming. However, the heavy duty telescopic slide requires higher structural strength, so it need thick steel plate to made by bending, drawing and annealing, resulting in there are only a few people to develop heavy duty telescopic slide because More process and costs. Extrusion is a manufacture process for the same cross-section profiles by extruding raw material through a die. Most of the domestic industry are focus in develop light alloy extrusion technology, while ignoring the steel shaped extrusion technology. Therefore, this study will combine CAE analysis with high-temperature steel extrusion technology, and telescopic slides is the target profiles.
