Application of Intelligent Technology of Near Net-Shape Forging

摘要


研究提出一智慧化近淨形鍛造技術,結合了齒輪設計軟體與智慧化變形預測補償技術以及複動化鍛造製程。首先在設計階段即可透過參數化齒輪軟體建構齒形,快速提供齒輪模具設計;接著以設計好模具齒形進行模擬,分析齒輪的彈性變形量,以非標準漸開線修齒形輪廓補償齒形彈性變形量,接著驗證所設計的彈性變形補償量是否正確,補償後齒輪完成鍛造後的外形是否能與原始漸開線輪廓良好貼合,重複整個過程到模擬成果的誤差落在要求之精度範圍內,在開模前即確認整體生產系統。最後再搭配複動化鍛造成形製程達到最終成形之齒輪鍛件精度及整體生產效率提升的效果。

A near-net-shape forging technology is proposed in this study, which combines the design software of gear, intelligent deformation prediction of compensation technology, and the complex-forging process. First, we can construct with a toothed gear through parametric software in the design phase, providing quick gear mold design; then we simulate with the designed mold and analysis elastic deformation of gear to compensate the elastic deformation with non-standard involute tooth profile modification. After that, we verify the designed compensation of elastic deformation and repeat all these process until the simulation error within the required accuracy range. The whole production system is confirmed before the mold opening. And finally with the complex forging forming process, we achieve the goal of improving the precision of shape of the gear forging and the productivity.
