本研究使用壓印製造技術探討紀念幣之成型,首先利用有限元分析探討坯料的等效應力、等效應變、溫度變化與磨耗分析等,胚料材質設定為6061鋁合金,模具材質為SKD61模具鋼。利用皮爾遜相關係數來探索因素之間的相關性,與使用田口方法找出最佳參數設定,其次利用回歸分析預測與誤差值,最後進行模擬和實驗對比。
This study uses imprint manufacturing technology to discuss the forming of commemorative coins. First, the effective stress, effective strain, temperature change and abrasion analysis of the blank material are discussed using finite element analysis. The blank material is set to 6061 aluminum alloy, and the mold material is SKD61 Die steel. Use Pearson's correlation coefficient to explore the correlation between factors, and use Taguchi method to find the best parameter settings, secondly use regression analysis to predict and error values, and finally carry out simulation and experimental comparison.
