機械式夾持機構安全性之設計與分析

Design and Analysis of Safety of Mechanical Clamping Mechanism

摘要


由於人類對於方便性的部分越來越講究,交通工具也理所當然的發展起來。在人口狹稠的臺灣之中,為了迎合大眾,機車的各種科技已經越來越成熟,其中最重要的事情莫過於安全性。此研究將使用SolidWorks變更市面上常見的碟盤參數,並針對市面上其制動系統做煞車力道的分析。再利用有限元素分析對碟煞以及卡鉗的機構在模擬之下之應力應變以及安全係數。平常機車在通勤煞停的過程中會有許多不可抗的外在因素,但是可以改變一些內部的因素。最直接的不外乎是碟盤跟卡鉗,其大小、材質,形狀即會影響制動效果,在緊急狀況時如何達到安全的範圍是此研究最大的重點。本文除了比較出不同大小的碟盤並利用不同材質模擬測試以外,此處將會設計出一種獨立於卡鉗外的一種夾持機構,能夠將其機構鎖在卡鉗的鎖點上,作動方式為煞車的同時,因為慣性的關係,使機構自動往前並透過摩擦卡鉗達到制動效果,並且在機車起步時透過彈簧將機構拉起。此夾持機構會成為類似卡鉗的機構,但是更便宜。能夠使其減輕原卡鉗的負荷,同時增加其壽命並提高致動效果,在同樣的力道下能夠更快的停止以增加安全性。

As human beings pay more and more attention to the convenience part, means of transportation have also developed as a matter of course. Among the densely populated Taiwan, in order to cater to the public, various technologies of locomotives have become more and more mature, and the most important thing is safety. This research will use SolidWorks to change the common disc parameters on the market, and analyze the braking force of the braking system on the market. Then use finite element analysis to simulate the stress-strain and safety factor of the disc brake and caliper mechanism. Usually, there are many irresistible external factors in the process of commuting, but some internal factors can be changed. The most direct one is the disc and caliper, whose size, material and shape will affect the braking effect. How to achieve a safe range in an emergency is the biggest focus of this research. In addition to comparing discs of different sizes and simulating tests with different materials, this paper will design a clamping mechanism independent of the caliper, which can lock its mechanism on the locking point of the caliper, and the actuation method is braking. At the same time, because of the inertia, the mechanism automatically moves forward and achieves the braking effect through the friction caliper, and the mechanism is pulled up through the spring when the locomotive starts. This clamping mechanism would be a caliper-like mechanism, but cheaper. It can reduce the load of the original caliper, increase its life and improve the actuation effect, and can stop faster under the same force to increase safety.
