冷戰時期臺灣與印尼的雙邊關係：關鍵人物的初探（1966-1971）

摘要

關於臺灣與印尼雙邊關係的歷史研究，大多集中在荷印統治時期或日軍佔領階段，對冷戰時期的研究相對較少。本文是在筆者過去研究的基礎上，進一步探討1966-1971年期間臺灣與印尼的雙邊試探。藉由已解密的外交部檔案，本文討論五類關鍵人物（馬樹禮、彭孟緝、馬力克、馬須鈴，以及軍方）在協商過程中的參與，以及可能的意涵。本文發現除了有助於瞭解雙方關鍵人物的角色外，亦能一窺當時雙方政府內部的運作模式。

Studies on the Taiwan-Indonesia relationship in the history are limited in the late colonial period or the Japanese occupation during the WWII, with little emphasis on the era of Cold War. This article is extended from the authors' previous research to explore the Taiwan-Indonesia interaction in 1966-1971. Through investigating the declassified archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Taiwan, this article discusses the participation of five keypersons (Mah Soo-lay and Peng Meng-chi from Taiwan; Adam Malik, Be Sulindro, and military officers from Indonesia) in the process of negotiation. The findings of this article show not only the role of these keypersons, but also the internal patterns of management in both governments.
