摘要

本文探討目前僅見於中國流傳的〈仁慈的少婦與魔鞭〉故事，從古籍的孝婦傳說到近現代採錄的故事，經過長久的傳述與地域的擴展，因應各地講述的條件與重點不同，呈現傳說的多樣面貌，有的更轉化為民間故事在各地生根，故事的傳播狀態更與地理環境密切相關。

The article is discussing currently available the story of humane woman and the magic whip in China. The story from filial woman legends of ancient books to modern collections. Going through narrate over a long period and geographical extension. The different of conditions and important points appear various legend of appearances and some legends are transformed into folk tales in all parts of site. The story of the propagate status is more closely related to geography.
