摘要

肺部腺扁平癌是少見的肺癌，所有文獻記載皆強調此類肺癌的預後比肺腺癌或肺扁平細包癌都差；在本文中，我們分析本院20年來肺部腺扁平癌之手術結果，並將討論此類肺癌之特性。

Adenosquamous carcinoma of the lung is an uncommon malignancy. All studies have emphasized the poorer prognosis of adenosquamous carcinoma compared to either adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma of the lung. In this study, we analyzed 60 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma of the lung at our institute, and discuss, in this report, the histogenesis and biologic behavior of the malignancy.
