本文先說明「負二項分配」(Inverse Binomial Distribution)的理論，然後實證分析「負二項模式」(Inverse Binomial Model)在運動測驗的適合性，結論強調「達到標準測驗」應獲得最適當的成功機率和設定測驗試做的上限，則資料將適合負二項模式。

First of all, It describe the theory of Inverse Binomial Distribution (IBD) in this study. An example is given to evaluate the fit or lack of fit of Inverse Binomial Model (IBM) in the psychomotor test. The conclusions emphasize that the Trials-To-Criterion (TTC) test must be obtain optimal the probability of successes and setting the trails of upper bound, then the data will fit IBM.
