Hoffmann反射在運動科學上的應用

摘要

Hoffmann反射(H reflex)是一種間接測量a運動神經元興奮性的方法，可經由電刺激神經軀幹來誘導，而同時產生一個M　wave與H reflex,M wave是導因於運動神經纖維的直接刺激，而H reflex則是單突觸反射(monosynaptic reflex)的代表，因為沒有任何神經細胞間的傳遞，其振幅的大小可視為運動神經元興奮程度的指標。本文收集整理相關報告，探討Hoffmann反射在運動科學上的研究成果與可能應用的方向與價值。
