某科技公司無塵室作業勞工戴用乳膠手套致手部皮膚不適調查研究
Investigation of Skin Discomforts in Hands Caused by Latex Gloves in Clean Room Workers of a Technology Company
摘要
經訪視新竹科學工業園區半導體廠及光電產業等廠區衛生狀況發現，無塵室作業勞工因長期使用手套所造成的皮膚不適是員工主要自覺健康問題之一，故本研究針對某科技公司無塵室作業勞工戴用乳膠手套致手部皮膚不適進行調查研究，並研擬改善建議。 某科技公司所使用之乳膠手套在品質未改善前，手套的pH值呈鹼性反應，氯離子濃度47550.0μg/dm^2，硫酸根離子濃度227700.0μg/dm^2，手套內層蛋白質濃度1183.9μg/dm^2；手套外層蛋白質濃度397.6μg/dm^2；乳膠手套品質改善後手套的pH值呈中性反應，氯離子濃度10.0μg/dm^2，硫酸根離子濃度0.2μg/dm^2，手套內層蛋白質濃度37.8μg/dm^2，手套外層蛋白質濃度172.4μg/dm^2。經皮膚科專科醫師診視與貼膚試驗，此科技公司無塵室作業勞工戴用乳膠手套所產生的手部皮膚不適現象，主要為刺激性皮膚炎。 此科技無塵室作業勞工，戴用乳膠手套造成手部皮膚不適的原因主要有二：(1)手套本身含有刺激性或過敏性物質；(2)因長時間戴用手套，手部容易流汗且手套透氣性不佳，易造成手部不適現象。對於戴用乳膠手套所引起的皮膚不適現象有下列幾項改善與預防措施：1．選用手套所含刺激性物質或過敏性物質符合規範標準的手套。2．可先戴－薄且易吸汗材質之手套，再戴上乳膠手套或其他手套。3．政府相關單位的加強規範：政府相關單位對於手套所含刺激性物質或過敏性物質的容許濃度需研擬制定標準。

Skin discomfort caused by wearing gloves is one of the major health complaints of workers in semiconductor and photoelectron foundries in Shinchu Science Park. This research studied skin discomfort caused by latex gloves in clean room workers of a technology company. The study aims to develop prevention measures and health education information for skin discomfort due to wearing gloves. The pH value of the inner part, pH value of the outer part, chloride content, sulfate content, protein content of the inner part, and protein content of the outer part of the latex gloves used by the workers before quality improvement were pH 8.9, pH 8.5, 47550.0 μg/dm^2, 227700.0 μg/dm^2, 1183.9 μg/dm^2, and 397.6 μg/dm^2, respectively. After quality improvement, these values were pH 6.8, pH 7.2, 10.0 μg/dm^2, 0.2 μg/dm^2, 37.8 μg/dm^2, and 172.4 μg/dm^2, respectively. Dermatitis in the hands of the clean room workers in the technology company was diagnosed by a dermatologist and a patch test. The irritant and allergenic materials in the latex gloves, wearing gloves for a long time inducing the hands to sweat, and the poor aeration of the latex gloves were the main reasons for skin discomfort. Strategies for preventing skin discomfort in the hands of clean room workers include the following: 1. Choose latex gloves whose irritant and allergenic materials conform to the standards. 2. Wear a thin layer of gloves to absorb the sweat before wearing latex gloves. 3. The government should set standards of irritant and allergenic materials in latex gloves.
