台灣地區國際觀光旅館績效評估之研究－灰色關聯分析與資料包絡分析法應用之比較

Abstracts

本文旨在比較灰色系統理論與資料包絡分析法二種績效評估方法之研究。以台灣地區國際觀光旅館績效評估之應用為例，分別就方法論、資料處理與評估結果進行二種績效評估方法應用之比較。由實證結果發現此二法應用於績效評估皆為適合之方法，其主要差異可歸納為(1)資料包絡分析法以數學規劃方式，透過模式運算，能得到較豐富的決策資訊；(2)灰色關聯分析屬非函數型之序模型，其計算方法較資料包絡分析法簡便易行；(3)實證結果顯示二種方法之結果頗為一致，具有應用之價值。本文之研究結果對於衡量旅館營運績效提供一套評估方法，同時對於經營者之經營管理提供有用之參考資訊，對於消費者亦提供一套新的決策法則。

Parallel abstracts

This study is conducted to compare the grey relation analysis (GRA) and data envelopment analysis (DEA) of measurement and their effect on the performance evaluation of international tourist hotels in Taiwan. In comparing these two methods, the major differences are: (1) DEA shows the greater information for decision-making, (2) GRA is much easier when it come to data input and analysis process as compared to the DEA, (3) In analyzing the result, it is observed that they both had similar ranking for performance evaluation. The result of this study will provide useful information for future business management needs of managers and a set of new decision-making guidelines for the customers.
