Secure Trading and Controlled Access of Information Goods For B2B2E Models
摘要
資訊商品(Information goods)是未來電子商務交易的重要標的。現行的資訊商品交易大多以B2C為主，缺乏有效的B2B交易模式。隨著企業對資源整合及流程自動化漸增的需求，B2B2E的資訊商品交易模式也將不可或缺。 本文提出一個以數位權利代表資訊使用權的B2B2E資訊商品交易協定，將傳統資訊商品交易轉為整合的B2B2E流程，簡化交易程序使所有流程都能在網際網路上進行。我們透過數位權利發行、轉移、兌現及清算的設計，運用密碼方法進行數位簽章與資訊商品加解密，以保障交易資訊安全及管理資訊商品使用，為企業建立整合的價值鏈。此外，協定中提出的彈性計價方式，可以提升交易個體的接受度，改善現有資訊商品交易固定費率的缺失。

Trading of information goods is becoming commonplace in electronic commerce. Although there are trading protocols for B2C (Business to Customer) models, few are designed to be effective for B2B (Business to Business) models, not to mention B2B2E (Business to Business to Employee) models. As enterprises demand higher resource integration and more process automation, it is necessary to have a B2B2E protocol for information goods trading. In this paper, we propose a B2B2E trading protocol to simplify the trading and the controlled access of information goods for enterprise users, and securely integrate the whole process. The protocol uses digital rights to manage the availability of information goods, and employs digital signatures with encryption/decryption mechanisms to provide the security for trading and information goods. An integrated value chain for enterprises can be created through the proposed procedures of rights issue, transfer, redemption, and drawbacks of fixed rate charging so that the protocol may gain the acceptance among transaction entities.
