功夫茶道及其文化意涵之研究－以潮汕式功夫茶為中心

摘要
中國煮茶之道形成於唐，功夫茶道在廣東潮州府（即現今潮汕地區）及福建的漳州、泉州一帶最為盛行。「功夫」兩字有數解，它代表了費時費工的茶藝、茶人的文化素養、一種生活雅趣休閒型態。功夫茶道，其過程是很費時的；再者，功夫茶道極為費工，它的程序包括備器、淨器（含治器）、投茶、沖茶、刮沫、斟茶，均非常講究。烹飲功夫茶首先要準備四種茶器，稱為「茶房四寶」。這四種茶器它們的名字分別是：玉書碨、玉竹爐、孟臣壺、若琛甌，所選用的茶壺是馳名中外小型的紫砂茶壺。茶道的五項環節是選茗、擇水、茶具、烹茶、飲茶方式，功夫茶道對奉茶與飲茶的禮儀亦有所講究。因此，本文亦詮釋功夫茶道所蘊含之文化意涵，藉以彰顯功夫茶道的精神與優美文化。
