隨著二次元文化與觀看動畫風潮的興起,加上線上影音平台的崛起,至今有多個正版的線上動畫平台活躍於台灣。線上動畫平台除了更新週期快、適用無線設備的特性外,也有部分平台,如巴哈姆特動畫瘋,提供了彈幕功能(bullet comments),這種兼具同步與非同步性的留言系統承襲日本和中國的線上影音平台傳統,形成一種特殊的表達方式,在台灣也具類似現象。本研究透過使用與滿足理論建立構面,分析台灣線上動畫平台使用者使用彈幕功能的動機與方式,以及使用者持續使用之意圖。研究結果發現,使用動機的三個因素:表現和情緒抒發正面影響使用者持續使用彈幕的意圖,而獲得資訊在本研究中對持續使用彈幕的影響並不顯著;至於使用方式的兩個因素:使用頻率和使用偏好都正面影響使用者持續使用彈幕的意圖。研究結果期望補充台灣線上動畫平台在使用者使用彈幕功能之探討,及提供有彈幕功能或其他有意加入彈幕功能的動畫平台對於彈幕功能開發和增加對平台忠誠度策略之參考。
With the rise of two-dimensional culture and the popularity of watching animation, and the rise of over-the-top video platforms (OTTs), many of the original online animation platforms are now active in Taiwan. Apart from translation captions, fast update cycles, and wireless devices, some platforms, such as Bahamut Animation, offer bullet comments, a synchronous and asynchronous message system that inherits the tradition of online video and video platforms in Japan and China. In this study, by building a structure based on usage and satisfaction theory, we analyze the motivation and method of users of Taiwan's online animation platform to use the bullet curtain function, and the intention of users to continue using it. The results show that three factors of motivation: performance and emotion expression affect users' intention to use the curtain, and that the characteristics of the animation platform are influenced by ACG culture. The results of the study are expected to complement the discussion of the use of the catapult function in Taiwan's online animation platform, as well as to provide references to existing catapult function or other intended catapult function.
