本報告為筆者在國立聯合大學兼任教學,配合學校實務導向的教學理念,以及任教於電子工程學系在產品電性安全特性的「專業技術」與「學術研究」成果,內容為技術報告:資通訊影音科技設備安規檢測驗證教學創新研發,包含(一)研發國際驗證體系實務教學內容,(二)研發資通訊影音科技設備安規導論教學內容,(三)研發測試實驗室能力導論教學內容。本報告包含了安規之國際驗證體系、檢測、實驗室管理等跨領域教學創新研發成果。資通訊影音科技設備安規檢測驗證教學研發,是將不同研究主題加以整合,展現不同主題間之關聯性,建立一個有系統的完整研究架構,導入國際驗證體系(IECEE CB Scheme)、測試實驗室品質管理系統ISO 17025於資通訊影音科技設備安規IEC 62368-1課程,實現檢測服務的價值。研究顯示安規課程屬跨領域專業整合,避免師資缺乏問題,應培育新一代電子、電機安規檢測服務人才;安規業者應將現實檢測服務、品質系統要求、國際驗證體系三者融合成一體,兼顧檢測技術改進驗證服務,以提升產業競爭力,本報告依此提出安規服務建議及未來研究方向。
This report is the result of the author's part-time teaching at National Union University, which is in line with the school's practice-oriented teaching philosophy, and the "professional technology" and "academic research" results of electrical safety characteristics taught in the Department of Electronic Engineering. The content is a technical report: Teaching Innovation and Research for ITAV Technology Equipment Safety Testing Certification, including (1) Research of IECEE CB Scheme practical teaching content, (2) Research of ITAV technology equipment safety introduction teaching content, (3) Research of General requirements for the competence of testing laboratory's introduction teaching content. This report includes the research achievements of cross-field teaching innovation in safety regulations such as IECEE CB Scheme, testing, laboratory management. ITAVequipment safety testing cerification and teaching research is to integrate different research topics, show the correlation between different topics, establish a systematic and complete research structure, and introduce the IECEE CB Scheme and the general requirements for the competence of testing laboratories ISO 17025 is used in the safety regulations IEC 62368-1 course for ITAV equipment to realize the value of testing services. Research shows that safety courses are cross-field professional integration to avoid the shortage of teachers and cultivate a new generation of electronic and electrical safety testing service talents; operators in the product safety industries should integrate realistic testing services, quality system requirements, and CB Scheme into one , taking into account the improvement of testing technology and cerification services to enhance industrial competitiveness, this report proposes safety service recommendations and future research directions accordingly.
