Improving the Submission Rate of the Project Report for the Promotion of Plastic Surgery Nurses
摘要
專案報告是基層護理人員臨床專業能力進階的重要依據，其中晉升N4護理人員在學術能力上需通過專案報告審查合格。本文描述護理人員在能力進階報告上，尤其專案報告撰寫有困境，引發本專案動機，經分析發現：人員覺得撰寫耗費太多私人時間、自覺個人撰寫能力不足、輔導機制有時間限制且未有專人追蹤撰寫進度及單位撰寫風氣不佳，專案小組提出有效改善對策，包括成立輔導關懷鐵三角、建立通訊軟體學習群組、擬定護理專案報告撰寫計畫表、安排文獻搜尋方法課程及定期舉辦報告進度分享討論會。改善後2019年11月整形外科護理人員晉升專案報告繳交率由12.5%提升至37.5%（應繳交人數為40人，實際繳交人數為15人）。透過專案改善營造單位報告撰寫風氣，讓人員得到極佳成就感，增進彼此合作默契，促使工作氣氛和諧，藉以提升專案撰寫能力並提高報告繳交率，進而提高護理工作滿意度。

The project report is an important basis for the nursing clinical ladder of the clinical professional ability of nursing staff. Among them, the promotion of N4 nurses must pass the review of the project report in terms of academic ability. The motivation of this project was to describe the ability of nursing staff in advanced reporting, especially focused on the difficulties faced by project report writing. After analysis, it was found that the staff felt that writing was consuming too much personal time, that the person's writing skills were insufficient, that the counseling mechanism had a time limit, that there was no dedicated person to track the writing progress, and that the writing atmosphere in the unit was not good. Therefore, the project members put forward effective improvement measures, including the establishment of the iron triangle of counseling and care, the establishment of communication software learning groups, the drafting of nursing project report writing schedules, the arrangement of literature search methods courses, and the regular holding of report progress sharing seminars. After the implementation of the project, in November 2019, the submission rate of the project report for the promotion of plastic surgery nurses increased from 12.5% to 37.5% (the number of people who should submit is 40, and the number of people who submitted is 15). Through the improvement of the report writing atmosphere of the construction unit through the project, the staff got an excellent sense of accomplishment, enhanced cooperation, and harmony, and promoted a harmonious working atmosphere, so as to improve the ability of project writing and increased the rate of report submission, thereby improving the satisfaction of nursing work.
