第一線空地勤服務人員面對工作帶來的身心壓力下,往往需做適當的活動安排以得到紓緩或動力,以期持續在工作上提供完善的服務。因此航空公司服務人員是否可以透過休閒活動的參與,來提升工作上的信心及能力、提升生活上的滿意度並熱絡團隊工作氛圍,進而增進公司的競爭力,會是一個重要且有趣的議題。本研究探討國籍國際航空公司空地勤服務人員認真休閒、自我效能、組織公民行為與幸福感之關係,透過問卷調查方式,取得有效問卷476份。研究主要發現如下:1.運動休閒如散步或跑步不受時間和場域的限制,是最受員工青睞的休閒活動;2.員工只要參與休閒活動,其認真休閒程度就較無參與者高,且會隨著其休閒頻率的增加而提高;3.本研究對象透過認真休閒的參與狀況,可以分為三個族群,分別為業餘愛好者、嗜好者及非積極休閒者;4.認真休閒較高的同仁所呈現的認真休閒特質都會較低度休閒者高,而員工認真休閒程度的越高,則呈現出較高的自我效能、組織公民行為及幸福感。根據研究結果及討論,本研究提出建議供國籍國際航空公司員工及業者做為工作及經營管理之參考。
With the physical and mental pressures brought about by their work, front-line air and ground staffs often need to make appropriate arrangement to gain relief or motivation, so they can continue providing good services to the customers. Therefore, it is important and interesting to understand whether airline staffs can enhance their confidence and ability at work, increase life satification and promote teamwork ambience through the participation of leisure activities. The purpose of this research was to examine the influence of serious leisure on self-efficacy, organizational itizenship behavior, and well-being of flight attendants and airline ground staffs of International Airline. Four hurdred and seventy-six effective questionnaires were collected by means of intentional sampling. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1. Walking and running which are not subject to time and space, are most popularized among the staffs. 2. Staffs who participated in leisure activities demonstared higher level of serious leisure than non-participants, and their level of serious leisure increased with the increase of their paticipating frequency. 3. Among the studied staffs, three groups of serious leasure were identified, namely amateurs, hobbyists and non-active leisure attendants. 4. As compared to the staffs with lower level of serious leisure, the ones with higher level of serious leisure presented more positive characteristics and also demonstrated higher degree of self-efficacy, organizational citizen behavior and well-being. Suggestions from the insights of this study were also provided to the staffs and management of the airlines.
