Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma with Multiple Organ Involvement
摘要
上皮樣血管內皮瘤是一種少見的中惡性度血管腫瘤，常發生在軟組織及內臟，也可能多處發生或轉移。我們報告一個61歲男性病人，在其右手掌有多發性紫紅色斑塊已有二年多，並在他的左心室發現有腫塊，因此為他作開心手術及皮膚切片，二處的病理表現均符合上皮樣血管內皮瘤。這是一個多器官侵犯的上皮樣血管內皮瘤，可能為多中心性或轉移的病例。

Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) is an uncommon, intermediate-grade vascular tumor. It most often presents in soft tissue and internal organs and is known to be occasionally multicentric or metastatic. Herein we report a case of a 61-year-old man with multiple red-violet plaques over his right palm for more than two years. A tumor in left ventricle of heart was found and open heart surgery and skin biopsy were performed. Pathologic findings in both of the cardiac mass and skin lesion were compatible with epithelioid hemangioendothelioma. This is a case of epithelioid hemangioendothelioma with multiple organs involvement, possibly either multicentric or metastatic.
