摘要
本文報告一例臨床上以化膿性肉芽腫樣結節來表現的齒源瘻管。由於此病易被誤診，故提出報告以提醒臨床醫師注意。一位76歲男性，在下頦出現紅色、結痂的硬結節，伴周圍皮膚凹陷，經X-光攝影及病理檢查，顯示為齒源瘻管。在病牙拔除後，皮膚病灶完全癒合。

We report a case of odontogenic sinus presenting as a pyogenic granuloma-like nodule. A 76 year-old male suffered from an erythematous, firm, crusted nodule with skin retraction on the chin right above the jaw border for more than one year. Radiology and pathology confirmed the diagnosis of odontogenic sinus. The lesion completely healed after teeth extraction.
