摘要

皮膚淋巴腺瘤是一種少見的上皮細胞腫瘤，該腫瘤具有特殊的組織病理變化。主要是由類基底細胞的上皮細胞及淋巴球所組成，而兼具上皮及淋巴組織細胞是其最重要的特徵。皮膚淋巴腺瘤被認為是一種良性的皮膚附屬器腫瘤，其組織發生來源仍然不明，目前被認為可能的來源有毛囊與皮脂腺或是汗腺。在此報告一例49歲男性在其右臉頰出現一典型的皮膚淋巴腺瘤病灶，從我們的個案發現，該腫瘤可能是起源於毛囊，這個特殊的皮膚附屬器腫瘤可能是一種毛囊母細胞腫瘤的變異型〈類齒釉質毛囊母細胞瘤〉。

Cutaneous Lymphadenoma is an uncommon epithelial neoplasm with a distinctive histological feature composed of basaloid epithelial proliferation and intraepithelial lymphocytes. The biphasic pattern of epithelial and lymphoid cells is the hallmark of the tumor. It seems to represent a benign adnexal neoplasm of uncertain histogenesis, both of pilosebaceous and eccrine origin have been suggested. We herein report a typical case of cutaneous lymphadenoma that has developed on the right cheek of a 49-year-old man. Our histopathological findings provide the evidence of follicular differentiation. It shows a peculiar adnexal neoplasm and may be a variant of the nodular trichoblastoma with adamantinoid features.
