摘要

管狀頂漿腺瘤是罕見的皮膚附屬器腫瘤。最常見的發生部位是頭皮。我們在此報告兩例發生於臉部的頂漿腺瘤，兩例皆有型的管狀構造與去頂式分泌表現，但其中一例有明顯的發炎浸潤。

Tubular apocrine adenoma is an uncommon adnexal adenoma mostly located on the head and neck. We present two cases of tubular apocrine adenomas on the faces and both of them have typical tubular structures and decapitation but one of them has prominent inflammatory cells infiltrate.
