摘要

一44歲女性，自童年起陸續在臉部、軀幹及四肢長出許多無症狀之棕色斑塊病灶，某此外觀類似一般花斑癬。近年來因臉上出現多個脫屑不癒病灶，經手術切除之病理報告為鱗狀細胞癌，故轉至本科檢查。花斑癬狀病灶之組織病理檢查呈典型病毒感染表現。根據臨床、病理、及病史，診斷為「疣樣表皮發育不良」。我們報告此一罕見病例並回顧相關文獻。

A 44-year-old female developed multiple asymptomatic scaly erythematous lesions on face, trunk and four limbs since childhood. Some lesions resemble pityriasis versiclolr in appearance. She suffered from scaly crusted erosions on the face in recent years, which proven to be squamous cell carcinoma after surgical excision. Skin biopsies from lesions resembling pityriasis versicolor showed characteristics of human papillomavirus infection. The diagnosis of epidermodysplasia verruciformis was made by the clinical features, histological findings, and the history. We report this rare case and review related literature.
