摘要
環狀梅毒是二型梅毒的皮膚表現中較少見到的。以前的文獻記載深的黑人出現的比例較高。台灣至今，環狀梅毒仍未被正式報告過。我們回顧台北及林口長庚醫院過去十年來47例病理下有診斷為疑似或符合梅毒的病例，發現共有環狀梅毒個案6例。我們的結論是環狀梅器在台灣並不罕見。

Annular syphilid is an uncommon presentation of secondary syphilis, previously seen almost exclusively in black. It has not been documented in Taiwan. We reviewed 47 syphilids with pathology records at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in last 10 year and found six cases of annular syphilids. We concluded that annular syphilid is not uncommon in Taiwan.
