長脈衝亞歷山大雷射除毛之副作用與滿意度－初步臨床結果－

Side Effects and Satisfaction of Long-Pulsed Alexandrite Laser for Hair Removal -A Preliminary Clinical Result-

摘要

過多毛髮常造成男性或女性病患美觀上的問題。一般傳統的除毛方法，都屬於暫時性
的除毛，而且許多人對於除毛後的結果也不甚滿意；而近年來，開始運用雷射於除毛上，
其實用性與安全性高，而且又可達到永久性的除毛效果。統計自1999年7月至2001年2月接
受亞歷山大雷射除毛的病人共125人，161個部位接受雷射除毛；這些病人中有男性21人，
女性104人，年齡從12到59歲(平均29.85歲)。我們以電話問卷收集94人，共113個部位。
結果顯示除毛後的副作用包括：短暫性的毛囊紅腫(80.53%)，色素沈澱(23.0%)，毛髮內長
(5.31%)，破皮(3.54%)，起水泡(2.65%)，皮下出肇(2.65%)，以及毛囊炎(2.65%)。病人在
接受二至三次除毛後，約有五成以上的滿意度。亞歷山大雷射除毛，雖然安全性高，又可達
到相當不錯的滿意度，但仍須小心其可能留下長期的色素沈澱。故為避免長期的副作用，應
在雷射除毛前後做好預防的措施。

Unwanted hair is a common cosmetic problem for both females and males. Traditional methods
for hair removal are usually temporary and unsatisfactory for many individuals with excessive or
unwanted hair. In recent years, several laser systems have been developed to fit the need for practical,
safe and long-lasting for hair removal. From July 1999 to February 2001, a total of 125 patients with
161 anatomic sites had received long-pulsed alexandrite laser for hair removal in our hospital. These
patients comprised of 21 males and 104 females with the age from 12 to 59 years (mean 29.85 years).
Ninety-four patients with 113 anatomic sites were surveyed by questionnaire via telephone. The side
effects include transient follicular erythema and edema (80.5%), hyperpigmentation (23.0%),
ingrown hair (5.31%), erosion (3.54%), bullae (2.65%), purpura (2.65%), and folliculitis (2.65%).
Satisfaction rate of patients was greater than 50% after 2 or more sessions of laser treatment. Though
the long-pulsed alexandrite laser is safe and effective for hair removal, prolonged hyperpigmentation
may occur occasionally. Therefore, careful preventive measures before and after laser treatment
should be done.
