摘要

本文報告一臨床上出現雙側多發性的副耳珠合併發生於左側臉頰的先天性軟骨殘餘的病例。此合併發生的先天性異常其來源可能是第一或第二咽弓。病患為一24歲女性，主訴在出生時即發現四顆無症狀的膚色突起腫瘤位於兩側耳前及左側臉頰。左側臉頰病灶的皮膚病理切片顯示在真皮層及皮下脂肪層中可見彈性軟骨被包圍在膠原纖維束及脂肪組織中。上方真皮層中含有毫毛囊、皮脂腺及汗腺。因此，吾人診斷此病例為先天性臉頰軟骨殘餘。就我們知識所及，同時發生先天性臉頰軟骨殘餘及兩側性副耳珠的病歷報告十分罕見。

We report a case presented with congenital cartilaginous rest of left cheek and clinically bilateral
multiple accessory tragic. The concurrence of these congenital anomalies may originate from the 1 st or
2nd pharyngeal arch. A 24-year-old woman was noted to have four asymptomatic skin-colored pro-
truding masses over bilateral preauricular area and left cheek since birth. The histopathology of the
tumor at left cheek revealed a central core of elastic cartilage with surrounding collagenbundles and
adipose tissue in the dermis and subcutis. Vellus hair follicles, sebaceous glands and eccrine glands in
the overlying dermis were also noted. A diagnosis of congenital cartilaginous rest of the cheek was
made. To our knowledge, concurrence of congenital cartilaginous rest of the cheek and bilateral acces-
sory tragic is very rare.
