摘要
日光性扁平苔癬為扁平苔癬的分類之一，主要好發於中東地區，膚色較深的青年人。在此報告一位51歲女性，於四個月來依序於下巴，額頭兩側，及前胸出現環狀紅板塊及紅丘疹。其病灶對局部類固醇反應不佳。切片檢查顯示為扁平苔癬。病人在使用0.1% tacrolimus ointment後有明顯的改善，並且在五個月的門診追蹤中並無新病灶產生。

Actinic lichen planus is a variant of lichen planus that mostly affects young individuals with dark complexions of Middle Eastern origins. We herein report a 51-year-old woman with multiple itchy erythematous annular plaques and papules over her forehead, chin, neck, and the V area of the chest for 4 months that were unresponsive to topical corticosteroids. Histopathological findings exhibited the typical picture of lichen planus. The lesions improved dramatically after applying 0.1% tacrolimus ointment, and no new lesions were noted during 5 months of follow up.
