利用結締組織移植體合併卵形橋體達成前牙補綴物的美觀要求：病例報告
Anterior Ridge Preservation with Connective Tissue Graft in Extraction Socket and Combined with Using Ovate Pontic for Esthetic Request in Anterior Prosthodontic Rehabilitation: A Case Report
摘要
前牙區牙齒因意外事故造成牙根斷裂或嚴重齲齒無法復形等因素而需拔除時，雖然此刻齒槽骨高度及寬度皆正常，但將來往往得面對因美觀的要求所遭遇到的贗復挑戰（如：牙嵴塌陷，牙間乳突萎縮等問題），臨床上已發展出各種不同保存齒槽嵴及牙間乳突的術式來克服贗復治療時所面臨的困難。本報告利用結締組織移植體置於剛拔牙的齒槽窩來達到保存牙嵴的目的並利用卵形橋體（ovate pontic）的設計來保存牙間乳突及塑形出我們想要的軟組織外形。臨床上需要更進一步的組織學證明是否置入的結締組織移植體能為骨組織所取代，但患者在術後六個月仍維持穩定，美觀及滿意的治療結果。

When tooth (teeth) with normal periodontium should be extracted in any reason, we should face to the challenge (including ridge collapse, papilla recession, etc.) of rehabilitation in accordance with the esthetic request. There are many ways having been developed in preserving the edentulous ridge, interdental papilla to quell the problems in prosthodontic rehabilitation, clinically. This report used connective tissue graft inserted in extraction socket t preserve the ridge and took advantage of ovate pontic to shape the soft tissue in grafting area. It is necessary to get more scientific and histologic evidence to prove that the grafting connective tissue will be totally replaced by bony tissue. But, after 5 months postoperatively, we have got a stable, esthetic and satisfactory results in surgical area.
