摘要

PepGen P-15包含無機成份牛骨礦物質（anorganic bovine bone mineral; ABM）及有機成份15個胜鏈（P-15）。ABM為磷酸鈣基質模擬自體骨結構可供細胞長入；P-15是複製type I膠原蛋白有關細胞結合的15個胜；P-15以不可逆方式與ABM結合成為PepGen P-15。根據臨床研究，PepGen P-15對於牙周缺損是有益的骨移植材料。

PepGen P-15TM is a product including anorganic bovine bone mineral (ABM) combined with peptide (P-15). The ABM is calcium phosphate matrix that mimics the anatomic structure of autogenous bone allowing for cellular invasion. The P-15 is a group of 15 synthetically replicated of type I collagen peptides involved in cell binding which is irreversible. According to several clinical studies from the literature, this product seems to be beneficial as bone graft for periodontal osseous defects.
