臨時義齒在前牙區人工植體周圍軟組織處理的角色

摘要

恢復患者美觀已成為前牙區人工植牙治療的主要目的，理想的美觀效果取決於正確的植體位置、健康且美觀的牙齦形態、及造型及顏色自然的義齒，牙周病科醫師提供了正確的置入植體及以手術方式重建硬、軟組織等基礎，而贗復牙科醫師則負責調理牙齦的形態及製作義齒，就軟組織的處理過程當中臨時義齒對治療的結果影響很大，本文即描述在治療的不同時期臨時義齒對人工植體周圍軟組織的重要性。

Esthetics becomes the primary goal of implant treatment of anterior region. Properly positioning of implant fixture, healthy hard and soft tissue environment, and naturally-looking prosthesis are three major factors for successful anterior implant restoration. The implant position and hard and soft tissue environment are established by the periodontist, however, prosthodntist uses provisional restoration to form a healthy architecture of surrounding soft tissue. This article presented the importance of provisional restoration on soft tissue management around dental implant of anterior teeth region in different stages of treatment.
