The enamel matrix derivative Emdogain (EMD) has been found to promote regeneration of lost periodontal tissues. But there is little information about the benefits of combining EMD, bone grafts and/or membrane in treating periodontal lesions. This report presents two cases, one with severe peri-endo combined lesion and the other with class III furcation involvement. With combination of EMD, decalcified freeze dried bone allograft and bioresorbable membrane, satisfactory results were achieved in the reduction of probing depth and radiographic bone fill after 6-month follow up.
