服用抗凝血劑Wafarin牙周治療併發牙齦流血不止：病例報告

摘要

現今許多人都在服用抗凝血藥物來預防及治療心臟血管血栓疾病。三位服用抗凝血藥物並接受非手術性牙周治療後而牙齦流血不止的病例，在確認病因後停藥並作適當處理，流血不止的情形即可控制。對於將接受牙科治療的高危險群病人，詳盡的詢問病史及實驗室檢查是不可或缺的。

Nowadays, many people are taking anticoagulant medication to prevent and treat thromboembolic diseases. It is not uncommon for doctors in every field to deal with patients taking these drugs. We report three patients receiving anticoagulant therapy suffered from intractable gingival bleeding after non-surgical periodontal treatment. The bleeding tendency was well-controlled after identification of the cause. Knowledge of patients’ drug taking history, complete physical and laboratory examinations are crucial for the patients who are scheduled for dental procedure.
