摘要
臨床上常常會碰到需合併牙周及矯正治療的病人，本文將討論在矯正力量作用之下牙周組織的反應，提出突出矯正（extrusion）、下壓矯正（intrusion）、扶正矯正（uprighting）、將牙齒往頰側移位直到穿透皮質骨（facial movement through cortical bone）以及將牙齒移向骨內缺損（intrabony defect）等矯正移動方式對牙周組織的影響，合併牙周與矯正的治療：包括強制萌出以增加臨床牙冠的長度及齒槽骨的高度、利用手術的方法露出（surgical exposure）阻生的牙齒以及以迷你骨釘當作矯正的錨定。

The purpose of this article is to provide the information about interrelationships between periodontics and orthodontics. This article review how periodontal tissue reacts to orthodontic forces (e.g. intrusion, extrusion, uprighting) and the influence of tooth movement on the periodontium. In addition, forced eruption, surgical exposure and miniscerws as orthodontic anchorage are discussed.
