摘要

本篇是一位慢性牙周炎患者的病例報告，患者在治療前有普遍性牙齦發炎，探測出血指數20%、牙菌斑指數為16%、牙周囊袋深度多數牙齒大於5毫米，最深有達到10毫米的囊袋深度。經過牙周基本治療、根管治療、牙周手術治療包括翻瓣刮除術、牙周再生術，一年後全口牙周囊袋深度都在5毫米以內，探測出血指數、牙菌斑指數都有降低，牙齦發炎程度及牙齒動搖度都有改善。牙周骨內缺損處放置脫鈣冷凍乾燥異體移植骨(DFDBA)合併放置可吸收性再生膜作引導組織再生手術，有明顯的臨床附連獲得及放射線檢查齒槽骨高度增加。

This is a case of a 45-year-old woman who suffered from chronic periodontitis. She had generalized mild gingival inflammation, but her periodontal pocket depth ranged from 5-10mm. The phase I therapy including OHI、SC/RP、endodontic therapy on #17. After evaluation of phase I therapy, UR、UL、LR、LL were treated surgically. The surgical therapy including flap surgery alone on LL, guided tissue regeneration, using Biomend on UR Atrisorb on UL、LR, combined demineralized freeze-dried bone allograft. However, the surgical therapy on UR was done 7 months after RCT on #17. In conclusion, after the treatment, the pocket depth reduced about 3-7mm, the attachment gain around 2-6mm. Also, the infrabony defects were improved radiographically. The oral hygiene of this patient is very good, which might have a very positive impact on the result.
