高壓氧治療與牙周炎關聯之探討-文獻回顧

摘要


高壓氧可以造成組織內的部分氧壓力升高,降低水腫,造成纖維母細胞及巨噬細胞的活化以及刺激血管生成及膠原蛋白形成,而高壓氣在發炎反應中扮演著抑制炎前胞激素、前列腺素和一氧化氮生成的角色。本文針對壓氧在發炎反應中對胞激素、前列腺素、一氧化氮和血紅素氧化繪的影響,以及高壓氧與牙周炎之間的關係做一文獻回顧之整理。

Hyperbaric oxygen (HBO2) has effects of the biology of cytokines and other mediators of inflammation. HBO2 suppresses the production of stimulus-induced proinflammatory cytokines and the liberation of prostaglandins (PGs) and nitric oxygen (NO) and increases the heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) level. In this article, we discussed the effects of HBO2 on cytokines, PGs, NO and HO-1 involved in inflammation, and the correlation between HBO2 and periodontitis.
