骨切除手術對術後牙周的影響：文獻回顧
The Influence of Osseous Resective Surgery on Periodontal Parameters: A Review
摘要
骨切除手術（osseous respective surgery, ORS）及牙周再生手術（guided tissue regeneration, GTR）是牙周病手術中不同的兩個治療方法，有各自的適應症及優缺點。牙周再生手術自提出之後被大量討論，不論是使用何種再生材料，都有非常多的文獻資料及數據可供參考。然而在牙周再生手術出現之前，牙周病的手術治療大多是以牙齦切除（gingivectomy）以及骨切除手術為主。事實上，骨切除手術被認為可以提供不同於牙齦切除及牙周再生的治療方向及效果。本篇文獻主要是回顧整理骨切除手術對術後牙周參數（periodontal parameters）所造成的影響。（臺灣牙周醫誌，20(3):203-211,2015）

Osseous resective surgery and guided tissue regeneration are two different techniques used in periodontal surgery and each have their own indications. No matter what kind of regenerative material is used, guided tissue regeneration has already been discussed in many studies. However, gingivectomy and osseous resective surgery were the two main techniques of periodontal surgery used before the development of guided tissue regeneration. In fact, osseous resective surgery has been considered to provide treatment effects that are different from those obtained from gingivectomy and guided tissue regeneration.
