以齒槽嵴保存術合併跨科協同治療於前牙美觀區之重建：病例系列報告
Interdisciplinary Management with Alveolar Ridge Preservation in Esthetic Zone: A Case Series
摘要
牙科美學是現在熱門議題，如何改善病患前牙美觀往往對臨床醫師是一大挑戰。前牙齒間縫隙影響美觀常見於病患主訴，正確診斷病因及擬定適當治療計畫為首要，跨科整合治療更能為病患帶來更理想的治療結果。拔牙後齒槽嵴無可避免出現吸收進而影響美觀，造成日後牙科治療更為困難，因此，使用再生材料進行齒槽嵴保存術維持齒槽嵴及周圍支持組織是牙科重建重點之一。本篇病例系列報告旨在面對因不同病因造成前牙齒間縫隙時，如何利用跨科治療合併拔牙、齒槽嵴保存術、矯正治療重新分配前牙空間、植牙及贗復假牙製作來改善前牙區美觀，並達到醫師病患皆滿意的治療效果。

Anterior dental esthetics has become a popular topic but also a challenge for clinicians. Anterior teeth diastema of anterior teeth is a common chief complaint of patients. Diagnosis of the etiology is critical for ensuring appropriate treatment plan. For optimal outcomes, an interdisciplinary management with periodontics, orthodontics, and prosthodontics is essential. Tooth extraction not only triggers losses in height and width of the alveolar ridge but also has the detrimental effects on esthetics and dental implantation, especially in the anterior teeth region. Alveolar ridge preservation with biomaterials is an effective therapy for minimizing the loss of ridge volume. This case series details the interdisciplinary management of diastema with extraction, alveolar ridge preservation, orthodontic treatment for anterior redistribution and prosthodontic treatment in the esthetic zone.
