拔牙後的骨吸收、長期缺牙或是創傷後造成的骨缺損都會造成人工植牙治療的困難,或是影響植體的位置,因此重建骨缺損是牙醫師的日常課題之一。重建骨缺損的治療方法包括有骨移植、牽引成骨和引導骨再生等。其中鈦網因為有良好的生物相容性和機械強度,被廣泛應用在重建骨缺損的治療。本篇文獻回顧整理相關研究文獻探討鈦網的特性、應用鈦網重建骨缺損在水平和垂直骨增生的效果、各種因素的影響、常見併發症,以及近代鈦網的應用,以期了解鈦網在重建骨缺損的表現以利臨床牙科治療。
Since bone resorption following tooth extraction, tooth loss or trauma induced bony defect will make it difficult to place a dental implant or affect the position of implant, bone augmentation procedure became a crucial issue that dentists would met every day. Techniques to reconstruct alveolar ridge includes onlay bone grafting, distraction osteogenesis and guided bone regeneration (GBR). Because of the good biocompatibility and mechanical strength, titanium mesh has been widely used in alveolar bone regeneration. The aim of this article was to review the biological and mechanical properties, clinical effect, affecting factors, complications and the modern application of titanium mesh.
