本研究旨在探討建立醫療器材單一識別系統(unique device identification, UDI),於手術植入物之管理成效;研究採量性設計方式,從2021年4月到12月間,以手術室護理師50位為對象,經由介入措施採用實驗之單組前、後測設計,進行研究結果收集,結果發現,經由科技導入後,確實達到手術病人安全之把關之具體成效;除保障手術病人之安全,提升護理師工作效能、降低業務錯誤率;植入物記錄操作時間由平均715秒降低至134秒、記帳錯誤發生率由平均20%降低至0%,人員對系統的滿意度為92.4%,研究結果發現建立「醫療器材單一識別系統」於手術植入物管理,可提升手術病人安全、護理師工作效能及工作滿意度。
This study aims to demonstrate the importance of the Unique Device Identification (UDI) System project and evaluates its effectiveness in surgical implants management with technology. This study adopted a quantitative research design with 50 operating room nurses, and was conducted from April 2021 to December 2021,. The research data were collected through interventional measures and analyzed with a single-group pre- and post-test study. In addition to improving work efficiency and reducing error rates, the average operation time of the UDI system was reduced from 715 seconds to 134 seconds, the average billing error rate was reduced from 20% to 0%, and the overall staff satisfaction increased to 92.4%. The research results prove that the UDI system not only improve the interpretation of implant information, but also simplify the swiping operation process and ensure the safety of surgical patients in surgical implant management.
