癌症精準醫療照護之護理視角
Cancer Precision Medicine Care from the Nursing Perspective
摘要
隨著人口老化，癌症發生率攀升，科技及生技醫療的進步，帶來癌症精準醫療新契機。癌症精準醫療起步的同時，護理人員扮演癌症患者在癌症歷程中第一線的照護角色，護理人員具備相關核心能力，才能接軌癌症精準醫療，提供以癌症患者及家庭為中心的照護，肺癌是目前高發生率及高死亡率的癌症，全球每年死於肺癌患者高達170萬人，因生物特性，現今，肺癌精準醫療飛躍性進展，但確診時大部份仍是晚期肺癌，因此，早期發現，早期治療是肺癌精準醫療致力的目標。本篇強調精準醫療護理必備核心能力，以肺癌為例，說明護理人員在癌症歷程各階段臨床實務照護方式，然而，目前護理人員對於精準醫療照護的核心能力仍不足，且缺乏完整精準醫療教育訓練，期許未來，透過產、官、學及醫療團隊合作，結合進階護理角色及臨床護理人員共同提升精準醫療照護核心能力，未來更可運用數位科技系統融入臨床照護，促進癌症患者步向精準醫療的抗癌道路上維持良好生活品質。

With the aging population, the incidence of cancer is rising, and the advancement of treatment and biomedical technology has brought new opportunities for precision medicine for cancer. With the rapid evolution of precision medicine in oncology, it is becoming increasingly important to provide patients with precise care. Nurses play a first-line care role in the treatment of patients with cancer. In the face of cancer precision medicine, nurses should have relevant core competencies and provide patient- and family-centric care. Lung cancer has a high incidence and mortality rate. Globally, as many as 1.7 million people die from lung cancer every year. Due to lung cancer's biological characteristics, precision medicine has made great progress, although most patients with lung cancer are diagnosed at an advanced stage. Therefore, early detection and early treatment is the goal of lung cancer precision medicine. Take lung cancer for example, nurses play a critical role to integration of precision medicine core competencies into clinical care. However, at present, the core competence of nursing staff for precision medical care remains insufficient, and there is a lack of complete precision medical education and training. In the future, through the cooperation of production, government, academic, and medical teams, combined with advanced practice nurses and clinical nurses, cancer patients will attain better quality of life through treatment with precision medicine.
