全身震動訓練對於急性或亞急性中風患者於平衡能力及功能性結果之療效

Efficacy of Whole-Body Vibration Training on Balance and Functional Outcomes in Patients with Acute or Subacute Stroke

摘要


近年來,全身震動治療已被應用於神經疾患的復健治療,尤其在中風患者的使用更引起廣泛的關注。本文希望透過系統性文獻回顧了解全身震動訓練,對於急性或亞急性中風患者在平衡與日常功能之應用與療效。本研究利用Embase、PubMed、Cochrane Library、CEPS等電子資料ww庫,搜尋介於2010年1月至2023年2月的研究,以「中風或腦血管意外」及「全身震動訓練或震動」等關鍵字搜尋,並搜尋其引用文獻以擴大搜尋範圍,共篩選出5篇研究。結果顯示,全身震動治療有助於增加亞急性中風患者的動態平衡能力以及改善其行走功能,然而全身震動治療在亞急性中風族群的研究數量和證據力皆不足,無法提供確切的結論。也缺乏對急性中風患者的相關研究。因此其治療機制和對於急性與亞急性中風患者的療效,仍需要進一步深入研究。

Whole body vibration (WBV) has recently become widely adopted in neurological rehabilitation, particularly for patients with stroke. This systematic review aimed to investigate the applications and effectiveness of WBV on the balance and functional ability for acute or subacute stroke patients. Relevant articles published between January 2010 and February 2023 were retrieved from various databases, including Embase, PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Chinese Electronic Periodical Services (CEPS), using keywords such as stroke, cerebrovascular accident, whole body vibration, and vibration. The search was further broadened by reviewing references. Five articles were ultimately selected. The results indicated that WBV may help improve the dynamic balance and walking ability of subacute stroke patients. However, there is insufficient and weak evidence to support the effectiveness of WBV for patients with subacute stroke. Furthermore, there is a lack of research regarding the effects of WBV on acute stroke. More studies are needed to investigate the mechanism and effectiveness of WBV on acute and subacute stroke patients.
