摘要

國際船級協會聯合會於1986年公佈關於船用柴油機曲軸之計算要求，迄今已八年過去，但各會員船級協會除僅有一家照單全收的採用納入規範外，其餘各會員船級協會仍然各有其獨自的一套計算規範公式，而且各有不同。本文即以曲軸的負荷分析，採用理論基礎之公式，輔以合理實務之假設，實際計算，並對國際船級協會聯合會的規定探討差異及優劣。

In 1986, the International Association of Classification Societies published requirements concerning the calculations of marine diesel engine crankshafts. Since then, only one of the IACS member Societies has adopted the requirment in its Rules, the other member Societies still use their own method of calculations. In this paper, the author analyzes the load on crankshaft and use the basic theory and practical assumptions to establish a new calculation formula. A brief discussion is also made about the IACS published requirements.
