台灣嘉南地區發光小菇("Mycena chlorophos" (Berk. & Curt.) Sacc.)之形態學特性研究

The Studies on Morphological Characteristics of Mycena Chlorophos (Berk. & Curt.) Sacco in Chiayi and Tainan (Taiwan)

摘要


以臺灣嘉南地區四個地點(台南新化、嘉義市、阿里山鄉茶山及台南東山)的枯竹上所採集的發光小菇("Mycena chlorophos" (Berk.&Curt.) Sacc.)進行巨觀型態及微觀型態觀察。四個地區之發光小菇在型態上極為相似,在大小上略有差異。新化地區的擔子最小(長12.50-17.50μm,寬4.89-7.50μm),擔抱子最小(4.08-4.89x5.71-6.52μm),蓋表囊狀體較細長(長30.90-58.68μm,寬8.97-16.30μm),摺緣囊狀體較細(寬6.52-16.30μm)。嘉義地區的擔子最大(長19.56-21.19μm,寬8.15μm),相緣囊狀體最長(長30.16-52.5μm),柄生囊狀體最寬(17.50-21.19μm),菌柄細胞最粗(寬25.00-32.5μm)。茶山地區的菌蓋大小差異最大(4.33-26.84mm),基盤菌絲最粗(寬4.89-6.52μm)。東山地區的菌柄最短(長2.45-15.61mm),擔孢子最大(6.52-9.78x4.89μm),柄生囊狀體最長(長40.75-71.72μm)。

Luminous mushroom ("Mycena chlorophos" (Berk. & Curt.) Sacc.) were collected from Sinhua, Chiayi, Chashan and Dongshan in Taiwan and recorded by the macromorphology and micromorphology of fruiting body. Macromorphology and micromorphology of Mycena chlorophos mushrooms from these areas are similar, mushroom from Sinhua were with the smallest basidium (L:12.50-17.50μm, W:4.89-7.50μm) and basidiospore (4.08-4.89x5.71-6.52μm), pileocystidia longer and thinner (L:30.90-58.68μm) and cheilocystidia more thinner (W:6.52-16.30μm). Mushroom from Chiayi were with the largest basidium (L:19.56-21.19μm, W:8.15μm), Mushroom from Dongshan were with the shortest stipe (L:2.45-15.61mm), the largest basidiospore (6.52-9.78x4.89μm), and largest caulocystidia (L:40.75-71.72μm).
