台灣社會缺乏的批判性思考

Critical Thinking Needed in Taiwanese Society

摘要

批判性思考已經成為現代社會裡很重要的一項工具。有如許多企業家及教育專家批評台灣的教育缺乏教育下一代創新及解決問題的能力，在這項能力的背後，最基本的就是理性的思辨能力。近幾年來，台灣社會出現的亂象顯示出社會的價值觀出現偏差的傾向，扭曲的價值觀出現在治安、交通及社會各種問題（如詐騙手法）已到了不得不令人省思的地步。筆者認為台灣的扭曲價值觀呈現台灣人非理性思考的習慣，這種習慣深耕在我們日常生活中導致我們認為錯誤的思考方式才是我們以為的社會正義或公平。本篇文章以「邏輯學」裡的謬誤（錯誤思考）來觀察及檢討台灣人缺乏的某些生活智慧。

Critical thinking is connected with aspects including argumentation, analysis, and problem identification. Some entrepreneurs and educators have been recognized the failure of the training of critical thinking in Taiwanese education system. The failure has been shown in many ways such as media literacy. The purpose of this article is to show illogical thinking examples embedded in Taiwan society and to call attention on the promotion of the education of logic and critical thinking.
