回波效應與涓滴效應－中國沿海城市競爭力與經濟區競爭力
The Diffusion Effect and the Trickle-down Effect-The Costal City's Competitiveness and the Economic Area's Competitiveness in China
摘要
中國經濟快速崛起，「沿海、沿河、沿江」的經濟發展政策將中國經濟帶入另一個高峰。本研究以中國20個沿海城市為研究目標，由中國沿海經濟區的發展，展望中國未來的經濟。研究發現，長江三角洲與珠江三角洲經濟區的都市發展出現涓滴效應，所以發展快速，再加上「上海浦東新區」，中國東盟自由貿易區設立與更緊密經貿關係協定的簽署，涓滴效應更為明顯，然而珠江三角洲經濟區的發展已對海口產生回波效應，導致海口成為衰退型都市。

China's economy grows rapidly after reforming and opening economic market. The ecomomic strategy of ”along sea and along river” pushes China's economic development into another period. In this study, we use 20 China's coastwise cities as samples to observe the economic development of China's coastwise economic areas, and then to review China's economic development in the future. The pivotal conclusion is that there is a trickle-down effect in ”Tangtze River Delta Economic Area” and ”Peral River Delta Economic Area”, thus they have a fast economic development. Moreover, the schedule of ”Shanghai-Pudong New Area”, ”China-ASEAN Free Trade Area”, and CEPA strengthens the trickle-down effect. However, there is a diffusion effect in ”Pearl River Delta Economic Area”. The effect induces that the development of Haikou becomes more and more regressive.
