摘要

矯正醫師在處理前牙美觀問題時，除了將牙齒排列整齊外，還要注意到牙齒三度空間的位置，包括：牙齒前後、垂直以及近遠心的位置，而這些問題有時只靠矯正治療是不夠的，有時還需要加上牙體復形，補綴、牙齦手術或正顎手術等治療來幫忙恢復前牙的美觀。本文乃探討前牙美觀的問題，及與其他科配合時的考量，提供給醫師在臨床上訂定治療計劃時參考，並使患者得到前牙美觀最佳的改善。

The purposes of orthodontics are to improve esthetics, function and health of teeth. Other than aligning malposed anterior teeth, orthodontists need to consider anteroposterior, vertical and mesiodistal position of anterior teeth for esthetics. Sometimes, we need combined restorative therapy, periodontal therapy or orthognathic surgery to restore anterior teeth for better esthetic improvement. Here, we reviewed a series of papers with combined therapy to restore esthetics of anterior teeth.
